If you are not fully satisfied with your Alexandrova Zara purchase, you may send it back to us for a full refund.

• Returns must be received within 10 days from the date of delivery.

• Products must be in original packaging, unworn, and with the original garment tags.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the merchandise; you will receive a confirmation once the credit is processed.

• We reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned doesn’t meet policy requirements.

• Returns will be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase within 14 days.

Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back-end charges once the package has exited the United States.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to your property.
